For modular work which sets an invisible pattern for structure, materials, colour etc. and provides a clear, accurate system for setting-out with a pre-established harmonizing with the environment be that rural, urban or suburban, kind to the earth if designed for a natural setting (see link below). For recycling, recognizing that buildings have a limited life. Bolted steel frames are in!! For economical buildings which make the money men smile.

To provide ultra low-cost housing for 3rd world countries; modular (extendable) sideways and vertically), recycleable, constructed by specialist teams in 100s of thousands of units at short notice, earthquake and cyclone proof. The system has been designed; the prototypes built (in Tonga). Launching such a project is beyond my resources. I wait.
